How It Works...
Fill out the form below and send. Your request will be followed up with a confirmation form or confirmation letter that will arrive in the mail. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days of request, please contact the Chapel at (910) 256-9578.
- Note: If you submit this Request For Use without the deposit, the date of your request cannot be secured. However, you will be contacted with the availability of the date requested.
- The Chapel attempts to update the calendar pages on a timely basis. However, when making a reservation, keep in mind that your requested date may already be reserved.
